Orders: Until online payment is open, an order on this site is a request. We confirm it by email with the total price and a payment link. The purchase is binding when you have paid.
Prices: Prices are shown in the currency you choose and include [VAT where applicable]. Shipping is shown before you pay. Free shipping within Norway on orders from NOK 1 000.
Delivery: We ship from Norway when payment is received. The expected delivery time is given in the order confirmation. The risk for the goods passes to you when you have received them.
Right of withdrawal: You have a 14-day right of withdrawal (angrerett) under the Norwegian Cancellation Act, counted from the day you receive the goods. Tell us by email or with the standard withdrawal form, and return the goods unused and as you received them. You pay for the return shipping. We refund the price of the goods within 14 days, and may wait until we have received them.
Faults and complaints: If an item is faulty, you can complain (reklamere) under the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act within two years. Contact us at [email address] with your order and a short description, preferably with a photo.
